When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses our own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping of products. Products from our own warehouse are commonly shipped in the Netherlands within 1-2 working days. The expected delivery date can be seen on the product pages.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6,95. Outside of the Netherlands shipping costs are €7,95. For orders above €75 shipping is free.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
4. Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 14 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.
